Seeking to make your way in this jewellery world?

It’s important to understand our gold factory manufacturing process.

#1 Mould Making Process

After the finalizing the design with customer, mould making would be the procedure used to ensure that jewellery can be precisely duplicated in the future. 3D printer is used in mould making process to create prototypes. The method used for mould making is called “Vulcanizing”.

#2 Wax Injection / Stamping Process

Using auto injection wax machine, hot wax is injected via a hole in the rubber to fill up the space in jewelry-shaped, forming a wax reproduction of the model. In preparation for the jewellery casting process, the injected wax models are flashed and touched up with spatulas and wax instruments.

#3 Melting Process

A wax tree is build with the wax copies. The wax is melted away and is replaced with your metal of choice in molten form –  gold.

#4 Casting Process

Molten metal is then poured into the flasks, allowed to dry, then removed to reveal the Jewellery in casting form.

#5 Assembly Process

Assembly is the process of joining two or more components of the same design using solder or laser technique. At this stage, the main structure of your bracelet, ring, necklace, or other piece is refined by our manufacturer. The casting layer is then removed by using files.

#6 Polishing Process

Gold jewellery is polished to perfection to bring out the shine of gold. Jewellery pieces with diamonds require pre-polishing before the diamond is set. This is due to the fact that after the diamonds are placed, the area below the diamond cannot be polished and may damage the diamond’s appearance. Final polishing is done after setting of stones, either by hand or by machine.

#7 Finishing Process

Finally, every detail of jewellery is evaluated and analyzed by our gold factory to ensure that the production was a success.

#8 Completed Gold Jewellery

Your jewellery are now ready to be worn!

At Jin Huo Gold & Jewellery Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, we believe that the best way to exceed the expectations of our customers is to produce high quality products, leaving them a lasting and memorable impression.
